What is a doula?
A doula is a person trained to support the parents and immediate family during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Support can include lactation consulting, birth planning, parenting classes, babywearing consulting, herbal remedies, emotional work and massage.
This full spectrum doula package includes:
*One prenatal visit per month (two visits during the last month of pregnancy).
*Support throughout labor and birth to the client’s discretion.
*Three postpartum visits (twenty four hours after birth, seven days postpartum and fourteen days postpartum).
*Placenta tincture or assistance with placenta preparation.
Payment plans and sliding scale pricing is available for low income families!
