To be Indigenous in this modern world means to be in a constant state of reclaiming. We fight to remember our old ways so that we may pass the traditions on to our children. Through us, our ancestors breathe, find joy, love and justice. All indigenous cultures throughout the world share a common; a devoted love to our first mother. Earth. 

Medicine Mama was created to embody that love and to provide affordable accessible medicine to the people who need it most.

I dedicate this page to my ancestors and my children. As I heal myself and those around me, may they be elevated and honored by my work. May I heal my lineage, backwards and fowards in time, by living my truth.

Who is Medicine Mama?

I am a full spectrum birthworker and multigenerational herbalist. I am certified in women’s herbal therapy and community centered herbalism. I am currently based in Hawaii and I am a mother of two incredible and magical children. I am a born conjurer and medicine woman. My work centers women, lgbtq+ folks and non binary peoples. My specialties include ancestral veneration and healing from an African spiritualist understanding, fertility issues, sexual wellness, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, erratic menstrual cycles and pain, conscious conception, pregnancy and traditonal postpartum healing.

Thank you for being with me on my journey and supporting my future vision! My goal is to have a full apothecary/plant shop that is a safe space for Black and Brown people. I also aspire to source 80% of the herbs from my own family owned farm!

She walked me through how my physical and spiritual symptoms are entwined, informing me how to be more aware and grateful and keep manifesting my healing.
